Marissa Meisler

MS, CCC-SLP

Marissa received her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Worcester State University in 2007. She is nationally certified through ASHA. Marissa is a licensed speech-language pathologist in RI and MA. Additionally, she maintains a RI and MA teaching certificate specifically for speech-language pathology.

Marissa has vast experience working in the public schools with preschool aged children. She has participated in Social Thinking conferences presented by Michelle Garcia Winner. Marissa has completed several courses and attended conferences focused on improving communication for childhood apraxia of speech with the Kaufman speech to language approach.  Marissa is also trained on DIR Floortime®.

Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children when she is not working with clients. Her family enjoys traveling, playing outside, visiting the zoo, going to the children’s museum, and discovering local playgrounds. They are always on the go.
